Sprints are fixed-price by scope. Build engagements are time-and-materials with a clear weekly burn cap and milestone gates. Operate work runs on a monthly retainer tied to SLA tier. We share the budget plan in writing before any contract.
You do, fully — source, infrastructure-as-code, secrets, and operational runbooks. We hand over a private repository, environment access, and a transition document at the end of every engagement.
